Shipment

All shipments are made through the certified postal service.
The shipments have a tracking number so that you can be informed at all times of the status of the shipment..

Preparation of orders:

The orders are prepared once the payment is confirmed, the orders are prepared and they are delivered by post the next day or the same day.

Delivery time:

The delivery time varies depending on the destination area, for Peninsula Spain it usually takes approximately 7 days. For areas of Europe about 15 days.

Packaging:

We dedicate a lot of time and professional material to packing orders. We prepare your order so that it arrives in perfect condition.

In the shipments we always include a quality plastic cover so that you can keep the vinyl of your collection.

Returns new sealed products:

New and sealed discs can be returned under the following conditions. Otherwise it has been unsealed. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Or in the event that it has been unsealed and has a pressing defect, in this case the shipping costs will be borne by the seller.

Returns of unsealed products without manufacturing defects (pressing) are not accepted, those that present handling defects such as stripes caused by the needle, nails, etc.

Second-hand product returns:

Second-hand discs are valued their condition with the acronyms (NM, VG +, VG, G +, G, P and F). These acronyms specify the condition of the disc and add detailed descriptive comments. We assess the state in the most honest and objective way possible. We also attach real photos of the product.

When you buy a second-hand product, you accept the described conditions and evaluations of the product. Therefore, any of the defects described in the product will not be taken into account as a condition for its return.

It must be taken into account that some of the second-hand discs can be up to more than 50 years old, so wear is normal due to their wear, which we detail and describe in their evaluations.
